WELCOME!

Carteret Children's Clinic

Welcome to Carteret Children’s Clinic, a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Our office opened on July 5, 1978, and was the first pediatric practice in Morehead City. We strive to provide the best quality medical care and we believe that this should be delivered in a friendly, pleasant environment with a true “spirit of caring.” Patients and their families or other caregivers are always to be treated with respect, understanding, and compassion. We attempt to encourage compliance with a patient’s treatment plan through a comprehensive program of education for healthy living.

‼️OFFICE UPDATE‼️

As many of you know our office suffered a fire on Friday, April 28th. Due to this we have had to temporarily relocate.

As of Monday, May 8th we are open at our new locations. The medical providers are located at 221-B Professional Circle, Morehead City (previously Dr. Klose's office). The behavioral health providers, Karen McNair, LCMHC and Kourtney Sloan, PMHNP are located at Carteret Ob-Gyn Associates at 3511 John Platt Drive, Morehead City.

We continue to only have 2 phone lines, we are still working hard to get full phone service restored. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as quickly as we can. To request medication refills you will need to use the patient portal. To reach the triage nurse during office hours please use the patient portal. If you have an urgent medical question after hours that can not wait until the office reopens please call the answering service at 252-808-6012. If you do not have portal access you can request it by emailing: medrecords@carteretclinic.com
