BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS
We are pleased to offer integrated behavioral health services in our practice.
As a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) we have coordinated a fantastic working team of providers and clinical nurses who are focused on the "Whole Person." This approach includes mental, emotional, and physical health. The behavioral health providers are part of our Advanced Care Team and work alongside the primary care providers and care coordinators to provide quality individualized behavioral healthcare.
Having a yearly well exam with your child’s primary care provider is an important part of mental health wellness. Because of this, we require your child to have a well exam each year, we count on you to schedule and keep those appointments. Maintaining a healthy body through regular medical checkups, proper nutrition and exercise are key components in whole-person wellness.
