Medication Refills

All of your child's current medication refill requests MUST be sent through the patient portal. 

Reminder: You must keep your Medication Recheck appointments in order to have your medication refilled.

You should notify us when your child has a 3-4-day supply of medication remaining to prevent your child from running out of medication.
